These days we are shopping for two weeks at a time -- and not assigning specific meals to days. Just trying to keep it flexible.

- Rotisserie Chicken (thanks, Costco!) + Rice & Pasta + Spinach Salad
- Chicken Paninis (w/ Rotisserie Chicken pieces) + Sweet Potato Fries
- Deli Sandwiches + Sweet Potato Fries
- BBQ Pork Sandwiches + Fruit
- Parmesan Chicken + Spinach Salad
