Last year our family went to dinner at the home of some of our good friends (they've since moved to Boston). Clarissa served this pork with couscous and I fell in love. It is so easy and the flavor is amazing. We served it to my parents when they visited us in the Fall and my dad was able to identify most of the herbs and spices. It was kind of unreal how he would take a bite, think for a few seconds then ask, "sage?" Anyway, the point is: I love this meal and I serve it often to guests when I need a no-fail dinner with minimum effort (aka, the crock pot).
Thanks, Clarissa! I think of you every time I make this.
