Quinoa Burgers from eating well...living thin..,

Sunday: White Bean Chicken Chili w/ tortilla chips
Monday: Baked Mac & Cheese
Tuesday: (YM) Quinoa Taco Salad* (no recipe, just making this up. Quinoa w/ taco seasoning over Romaine lettuce, shredded cheese, and homemade pico de gallo -- we'll see how it goes)
Wednesday: Baked Potatoes + Spinach Salad
Thursday: Quinoa Burgers* + Green Smoothies
Friday: Pizza Night
Saturday: (Breakfast) Yorkshire Pudding + Smoothies
                  Going OUT for dinner
