This Week's Menu 1/28 - 2/4

Friday: DATE NIGHT -- Mac & Cheese (shhh...I'll try to sneak in some diced yellow squash)
Saturday: Completo Hot Dogs + Green Salad + Grapes
Sunday: {Missionaries Over} Slow Cooker Apricot Chicken + Brown Rice + Green Salad + Chocolate Chip Cookies (& Milk)
Monday: Omelets + Fruit + Hashbrowns + Toast
Tuesday: Southwest Stuffed Bell Peppers* + Fruit
Wednesday: Ritz Chicken Nuggets (use this recipe, but w/ small pieces of chicken)+ Broccoli + Fruit
Thursday: Rice & Beans* + Fruit
Friday: Grilled Cheese Sandwiches + Soup

An asterick (*) means that I'm trying the recipe for the first time.
