This Week's Menu: 3/1 - 3/8


Rainbow Kebabs (inspired our roasted veggie meal below)*

Trying to eat more vegetables and whole foods this week and was inspired by MOMSTRONG where a lot of the links are from. 

Wednesday: Bacon, Scrambled Eggs, Waffles
Thursday: Veggie Stir Fry over Brown Rice
Friday: OUT
Saturday: BLT's + Oven-Steak Fries + Fruit
Sunday: Guiltless Alfredo w/ Rotini + Kale Salad + Roasted Asparagus
Monday: Roasted Veggies & Aidells Chicken Apple Sausage + Couscous + Kale Salad
Tuesday: Slow Cooker Enchilada Bowls (use leftovers for freezer meal)
Wednesday: Crock Pot Baked Potatoes + Skillet Green Beans
