This Week's Menu: 10/20 - 10/26

Monday: Spaghetti (sauteeing veggies and some ground beef in Costco's White Linen Marinara -- very clean ingredients) + Green Salad + Fruit
Tuesday: (friends over) J-Dawgs on Homemade Buns + Chips & Guacamole + Green Salad + Pumpkin Bars (recipe to come)
Wednesday: Egg Frittata + Green Smoothies
Thursday: Bean Quesadillas + Fruit
Friday: Pancakes + Scrambled Eggs
Saturday: Slow Cooker Baked Potatoes with toppings (chili, sour cream, cheese, onions)
Sunday: Slow Cooker Hamburger Soup + Fruit
