This Week's Menu: 9/7 - 9/14

Sunday: WW Spaghetti + Homemade Marinara + Corn on the Cob + Spinach Salad + Grape Juice (Black Bean Brownies for Dessert *Note: I made these because of all of the positive comments and reviews. My kids liked them. My first impression was not good -- when eaten warm out of the oven. HOWEVER, after leaving them in the fridge overnight, they are pretty darn good with a bit of powdered sugar sprinkled on top to sweeten a bit more. Very fudgey texture.)
Monday: Salmon Burgers (Costco) with trimmings on Thinwich buns + Roasted Sweet Potatoes + Fruit
Tuesday: Church Youth Fundraiser Pasta Dinner
Wednesday: [Take Dinner to Neighbors] Creamy Tomato Soup + Dinner Rolls + Green Salad
Thursday: Black Bean Chipotle Burgers (Costco) + Corn on the Cob + Salad
Friday: Egg-in-a-Hole + Veggie Sausage + Green Smoothies
Saturday: Bean Quesadillas + Peaches + Cucumber & Tomato Salad
Sunday: Pasta with Homemade Marinara + Corn + Spinach Salad
