Saturday: Black Bean Chipotle Burgers with Caramelized Onions & Mushrooms & Feta + Fruit
Sunday: Slow Cooker White Bean Chili (minus the chicken) with avocado & cilantro + Fruit
Monday: Black Bean & Sweet Corn Quinoa Salad + Fruit
Tuesday: Greek Pita (or flatbread) Wraps (stuffed with Hummus, sprouts, Feta, red onion, tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumbers) + Fruit
Wednesday: Fried Eggs + Sweet Potato Hash + [Vegetarian] Sausage + Smoothie
Thursday: Spinach Ravioli with Tomatoes & Basil + Spinach Salad + Fruit
Friday: Pancakes or Easy
