Updated Menu: 2/6 - 2/10




Just a little update to this week's menu to include some fresh produce from our Bountiful Basket pick-up...want to make sure to use it all in a yummy way before it goes bad!

Wednesday: Ritz Chicken + Mashed Cauliflower + Steamed Green Beans
Thursday: Lentil Cowboy DinnerRadish & Cucumber Salad
Friday: Tilapia (costco) + Couscous + Roasted Cabbage
Saturday: Pizza + Salad + Apple Slices
Sunday: Roasted Veggie & Black Bean Burritos (or tacos?)

12-Grain Bread
Chocolate Marshmallow Brownies
Brownie Mix
Whole Wheat Buttermilk Pancake Mix
