This Week's Menu: 2/10 - 2/16


I'm feeling noncommittal this week, but I'll still need some direction when meal time comes around. Maybe our dinners will look something like this...

Sunday: Baked Potatoes
Monday: Taco Soup w/ tortilla chips
Tuesday: Yorkshire Pudding + Breakfast Potatoes + Smoothies
Wednesday: Roasted Veggie & Black Bean Burritos + Roasted Cabbage
Thursday: {V-Day} Heart-shaped Pizzas + Spinach Salad (Heart-shaped Boiled Eggs for Breakfast with heart-shaped toast??)
Friday: Chicken Quesadillas or Tuscan Lentil Soup w/ Rolls (from freezer)
Saturday: Omelets + Toast (or Egg Salad Sandwiches)

Other:
12-Grain Bread
Whole Wheat Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins
No-Bake Granola Bars

the roasted veggie and black bean burrito link is for the wrong recipe. If you get a second, would love to look at the recipe. Where did you find it?

@Heather, Thanks for letting me know. To be honest I never ended up making the burritos. Let me know if you try them -- I have loved pretty much everything we've tried from Mel's Kitchen Cafe. Here's the correct link:
