Taco Soup









1 can Black Beans
1 can Corn
1 can Diced Tomatoes
1 can Chicken Broth (or 2 cups)
Chicken, diced, and cooked. (Season with lemon or lime juice and lemon pepper)
1 pkg Taco Seasoning

Combine in large pot. Heat until warmed through. Serve with sour cream, cheese, avacado, and or/ tortilla chips.

(Variations: Use kidney, pinto, or red beans instead or in addition to black beans. Add 1/3 c. salsa. Add chopped onion and chopped green pepper)
