Here's this week's menu. Also, I've gotta mention that last week we really enjoyed the Black Bean and Sweet Corn Quinoa Salad. We ate in warm for dinner, but I especially enjoyed the chilled leftovers for lunch the next day -- I think it's even better when the flavors can sit together in the fridge for a while.

Thursday: Slow Cooker Black Bean & Pumpkin Chili* + Homemade Rolls
Friday: Hot Dogs + Oven Fries
