We're headed to Austin to see my sister and her family for Labor Day weekend. So, there aren't too many meals to plan. But after a week of quite a few experiments in the kitchen plus the aftermath of cleaning them up, I'm ready for easy prep and easy clean-up meals. Hello, slow cooker!!
