I stayed in Austin a little linger than expected then took a jaunt over to College Station to see my sister, Chenae's new house. I was inspired by both of my sister's cooking and added a couple of their recipes to this week's menu.
Saturday: Pizza + Green Salad
Sunday: Italian Slow Cooker Chicken + Spinach Salad + Broccoli
Monday: Slow Cooker Mexican Chili
Tuesday: Asian Chicken & Cabbage Salad
Wednesday: Omelets + Toast + Smoothies
Thursday: Chicken Fajitas (Jamie Oliver's recipe that I tried at Chenae's...Mmmm!)
Friday: Minestrone + Rolls
