Georgia's Farmers Market
I'M BAAAACK ... and in the mood to make some decent meals again. We've been in our new place for two weeks and just barely got our Internet set-up yesterday. Phew! So, here's what we're planning to eat this week. By the way, I just discovered the cutest farmer's market around the corner from where we live and I'm so excited to use all my fresh, summer vegetables! We love this side of town.
Sunday: Awesome Meatless Chili + Cornbread
Monday: Whole Wheat Pizza (topped w/ zucchini, yellow squash, spinach, and tomatoes from our Farmers Market! Mmm!) + Strawberry & Spinach Salad
Tuesday: Hawaiian Haystacks + Fruit
Wednesday: Crispy Southwest Quesadillas + Guacamole + Fruit
Thursday: Hamburgers + Cucumber & Tomato Salad
