I tried to keep the menu pretty simple this week; I wasn't too pumped about the idea of spending much time in the kitchen when I was preparing it. Simple is good.
Friday: Bowtie Chicken Caesar Salad + Homemade Pita Bread (if I get to it today) + Fresh Fruit
Saturday: Mac & Cheese + Steamed Vegetables
Sunday: French Dip Sandwiches + Green Salad + Cinnamon Chips & Fruit Salsa
Monday: {DJ class} Omelets + Toast + Smoothies
Tuesday: {DJ class} Chicken Nuggets + Steamed Vegetables + Fruit
Wednesday: {YW Dinner} Hot Dogs + Tomato & Avocado Salad + Fruit (for Deej & Liam)
Thursday: Crispy Southwest Quesadillas + Guacamole + Smoothies
