This Week's Menu 1/22 - 1/28

The Ritz Chicken we made last week. Mmmmm.

Friday: Pepperoni Pasta Bake
Saturday: Slow Cooker Apricot Chicken + Brown Rice
Sunday: Spaghetti + Roasted Asparagus + Green Salad (or Fruit Salad) + Garlic Bread
Monday: {DJ at Class} Mac & Cheese or Soup
Tuesday: Mini Pizzas + Fruit
Wednesday: Taco Salads (this meat/bean combination served over tortilla chips w/ lettuce & fresh salsa)
Thursday: Ritz Chicken + Roasted Asparagus + Rice
