Chicken Rolls

These are like our Chicken Pockets but with a few changes and possibly more yummy.

2 cups diced chicken
1 8oz pkg cream cheese
1/4 cup butter
2 chopped green onions
1/2 cup mushrooms
Dash of pepper
2 pkgs of pillsbury cresent rolls
1/4 cup melted butter
1 sm. Pkg stuffing

Cream cheese and butter together. Add mushrooms, onions, pepper, add chicken. Mix well. Stretch rolls into triangles, place 2 TBS mixture on each and fold up and seal. Dip into butter, then into stuffing mix. Bake 350 for 20-30 min.
