Fluffy Rolls

2 Tbsp yeast
1/3 cup hot water
1/2 cup melted butter
2 cups hot water
1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup powdered milk
2 tsp salt
3 cups flour
2 beaten eggs
3-4 more cups flour

Combine yeast and 1/3 cup water. Set aside. Combine butter, 2 cups water, sugar, powdered milk, salt, and 3 cups flour. Mix. Add eggs and yeast mixture. Mix. Add 3-4 cups flour. Raise until doubled in size. Roll out and cut into strips. Knot. Raise until doubled again. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
