No-Bake Cheesecake

Momita in Chile

Mix for crust:
¾ box vanilla wafers or graham crackers
2 Tbsp. butter

1/8 c. lemon juice
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Beat for 3 minutes.
2-8 oz. pkg cream cheese, Add until smooth.

Regrigerate for 2-3 hours. Top with raspberry jelly and frozen raspberries.

(variation: Blend 1-8oz. cream cheese, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 1/3 c. lemon juice)
