Swedish Pancakes
1 ½ c. flour
1 Tbsp sugar
½ tsp baking pwdr
½ tsp salt
2 c. milk
2 Tbsp margarine
½ tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
Cook on hot griddle. Turn when bubbles. You can roll and fill them with powder sugar, lemon, syrup, jam, fruit, or manjar.
