Buttermilk Pancakes

2 eggs
1 ½ c. buttermilk (1 ½ c. milk + 1 Tbsp. lemon juice)
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. oil

Add blueberries or tiny sliced fruits if desired.
