BBQ Chicken Salad

From Chalonn Redd
1 avacado
2 tomatoes
1 cucumber
Head of lettuce (romaine or green leaf)
½ c. ranch dressing
¼ c. barbeque sauce
tortilla chips
chicken breast, grilled and sliced

Prepare on dinner plates. Throw shredded lettuce on place with sliced avacado, tomato, cucumber, and strips of grilled chicken. Put chips on outside edge of lettuce. In small bowl mix ranch dressing and barbeque sauce and drizzle on top of salad as dressing. VERY YUMMY!
