This Week's Menu: 3/20 - 3/28

Thursday: Spaghetti + Roasted Asparagus (spread on baking sheet; drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt & pepper; bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes) + Strawberries
Friday: J-Dawgs or Completos on homemade buns + Fresh Fruit
Saturday: with family
Sunday: with family
Monday: BFD - Veggie Omelets + Green Smoothies
Tuesday: Chicken Cabbage Salad
Wednesday: Quinoa Burgers w/ Fresh Pico de Gallo + Roasted Asparagus
Thursday: Quick Chili (w/ lots of diced veggies)
Friday: Black Beans & Quinoa

Other:
- Hummus
- Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 12 Grain Bread
- No-Bake Energy Bites (or as my son calls them, "Enjury Balls")
