Monday: Skinny Chicken Salad + Strawberries (maybe Peppermint Chocolate Smoothies for dessert?)
Tuesday: Black Beans w/ Quinoa + Fresh Pineapple
Wednesday: Quick Chili (adding in a bunch of veggies: carrots, peppers, onion, etc) + Apple Slices
Thursday: Omelettes + Bacon + Immunity-Boosting Smoothies
Friday: OUT/mac & cheese
