Last week we lived off of all kinds of leftovers. DJ has been trying to go dairy free and make other healthy choices. I'm eating more than my fair share with the excuse that "I'm eating for two". I'm excited to try a couple of new healthy recipes this week.
Monday: leftovers (or Brown Rice & Lentil Casserole)
Tuesday: Lemon Chicken Orzo Salad + Fruit
Wednesday: Taco Soup
Thursday: soup leftovers (or Omelets + Toast + Apple Slices)
Mini Egg Cups (to pop in freezer)
