Spinach Artichoke Dip

1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and all water squeezed out

Mix all ingredients and bake for 30 minutes at 350 or until lightly browned. Serve warm with crackers, chips, or breads.
