2 Chicken Breasts, cooked, shredded, and chopped
1-1/2 c. Sour Cream
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Tbsp Poppy Seeds
1 pkg Frozen Broccoli Florets
8 oz. Ritz Crackers, crushed into crumbs
1/2 c. Butter, melted
Mix cracker crumbs and butter; put half into a 9x13 dish. Mix sour cream, soup, and poppy seeds. Add chicken and broccoli to mixture. Pour over cracker mixture. Top with the rest of the crackers. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
