Salt & Pepper
1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast halves
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Medium Red Onion, finely diced
2 Tbsp. Lime Juice
1 Avocado, pitted and diced
Combine in small bowl: 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, and cayenne. Rub all over chicken breasts. In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 8-10 minutes on each side.
In medium bowl, combine onion and lime juice. Add avocado. Season with salt and pepper. Serve chicken topped w/ salsa.
