Sweet and Sour Chicken

Place Chicken Breasts in a baking dish.
Sprinkle 1 tsp Garlic Salt + ½ tsp Pepper over chicken and let sit 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Dip chicken in beaten egg and then in 4-6 Tbsp Flour. Brown in hot oil. Place in clean baking dish.

Heat in saucepan the following ingredients:
¾ c. Sugar
¼ c. Vinegar
½ c. Chicken Stock
3 ½ Tbsp Ketchup
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce

Bake uncovered for 1 hour. Turn chicken once or twice.
