Chicken Stroganoff

1 bunch Green Onions, sauted in 2 Tbsp Butter
Saute 4-3 cubed Chicken Breasts until white (5-10 minutes)
Add Salt and Pepper. Add onions.
Add 2 cans of Cream of Mushroom (or Cream of Chicken) Soup
Simmer 15-20 minutes.
Before serving, remove from heat; add 1 lg. pint Sour Cream. Stir gently to heat.

Serve over rice, noodles, or potatoes.
