Homemade Tomato Soup

Everyday Food

¼ c. Butter
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
½ c. Onion
¼ c. Flour
3 Tbsp. Tomato Paste
[Stir. Cook for 1 minute.]
2 cans Low-sodium Chicken Broth
2 cans of Whole Tomatoes (use knife or blender to cut up tomatoes)
Simmer for 30 minutes. Blend soup with mixer or blender.

(Freeze extra soup in Tupperware containers)
