One Skillet Creamy Chicken with Mushrooms from MOMSTRONG
Monday: In-N-Out Burgers (prize for kids' reading)
Tuesday: Birthday BBQ w/ family
Wednesday: Hawaiian Haystacks w/ Brown Rice (from freezer) + Fruit
Thursday: Greek Pasta Salad (penne, tomato, baby kale, cucumber, olives, feta, artichoke hearts, chickpeas, annie's goddess dressing) + Watermelon
Friday: Black Beans & Brown Rice + Pineapple
Saturday: Roasted Brussels sprouts (wash, half, coat in oil and s&p, 375-400 degrees) + Roasted Sweet Potatoes + Loaded Green Salad + Fruit
Sunday: One Skillet Creamy Chicken with Mushrooms
Monday: Tilapia Fish Tacos w/ this creamy dressing + Mangos
Tuesday: Slow Cooker White Bean Chicken Chili w/ baked tortilla strips
