This Week's Menu: 6/17 - 6/23

More smooth and pureed foods than usual due to my husband's throat condition having a bit of a flare up lately. Keeping it simple by using the blender.

Friday: Chicken Quesadillas | Madras Lentils (from Costco)
Saturday: Slow Cooker Refried Beans + Rice + Fruit
Sunday: Crock Pot Baked Potatoes and/or Loaded Baked Potato Soup + Peaches & Cream for dessert
Monday: Black Bean Soup + Fruit
Tuesday: Toasted Almond & Broccoli Soup + Grilled Cheese
Wednesday: Egg-in-a-Hole + Beans & Greens Soup
Thursday: Pizza (from freezer)
