This Week's Menu: 5/31 - 6/7

Cucumber Salad w/ Sour Cream & Dill Dressing from Martha Stewart
I am in the mood for grilling, watermelon, fresh fruits, crisp vegetables...and ice cream! Bring on Summer foods!

Tuesday: Tomato & Spinach Grilled Cheese Sandwiches + Smoothies + Strawberries
Wednesday: Slow Cooker Refried Beans w/ fresh tortillas, cheese, lettuce, yogurt + Cantaloupe + Avocado Salad
Thursday: Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken Cobb Salad + Fruit
Friday: Pizza (from freezer) + Green Salad + Grapes
Saturday: {Grill} Hot Dogs + Watermelon + Tin Foil Potatoes
Sunday: {Grill} Hamburgers + Watermelon + Cucumber Salad
Monday: Crock Pot Baked Potatoes + Meatballs (from freezer) + Green Salad
Tuesday: Quiche (or Eggs & Toast) + Smoothies

Other:
No-Bake Energy Bites ( I love to double this recipe and keep them in a container in the fridge for snacking all week)

Snack Ideas: energy bites, crackers & cheese, yogurt & berries, carrots & ranch, bell peppers & hummus, ants-on-a-log

Breakfast Ideas: green smoothies & toast, overnight oats, hard boiled eggs, egg-in-a-hole, avocado toast w/ steamed eggs, protein smoothies
