A new baby in our house means embracing the concept of super-simple dinners. I have been chopping and dicing sliced deli meat from the deli counter or rotisserie chicken for a lot of our meals. Less cooking, baby!
Monday: Pasta w/ Red sauce & ground beef from freezer + Corn
Tuesday: Panini Sandwiches (chicken + spinach + tomatoes + cheese) + Sweet Potato Fries
Wednesday: Egg McMuffins + Green Smoothies
Thursday: BBQ Chicken Flatbread Pizzas (BBQ Sauce, Shredded chicken, red onions, mozzarella, add cilantro after baking) + Fruit
Friday: Waffles (make extra for freezer) + Scrambled Eggs
Saturday: Quesadillas + Fruit
Sunday: Chili + Cornbread Muffins
