This Week's Menu: 7/12 - 7/18

Saturday: Family Picnic - bring hot dogs + chips and salsa
Sunday: Avocado & Grilled Corn Salad + Cherries
Monday: Roasted Zucchini & Yellow Squash + Homemade Marinara (leftover) + Fruit Salad
Tuesday: Green Kale Salad + Fruit
Wednesday: Roasted Zucchini, Squash, Sweet Potato, Kale, Red Onion, Mushrooms with Fried Eggs + Fruit
Thursday: Leftovers or Mac & Cheese (hosting an essential oil class: serve Caprese skewers / fruit plate / lemon cookies)
Friday: Banana Pancakes or easy picnic food

Sara Snow's Green Smoothie (1/2 c. green grapes, 1 c. honey dew, 1/2 orange, 2-3 cups greens, 1 T. chia seeds, 2 cups ice)
Sara Snow's Chocolate Smoothie (2 c. Coconut or Almond Milk, 1 banana, 3+ T. chocolate [syrup, cacoa nibs, carob], 3 c. ice)
Sara Snow's Energy Bars (2.5 c. quick oats, 1/3 c. ground flax or chia seeds, 1/4 c. dark cocoa powder, 1/2 t. spirulina, 1/2 c. honey, up to 1/2-1 cup boiled water, 1/2 c. almond/peanut/sunflower seed butter)
