Turkey Burgers

Recipe adapted slightly from
Makes 6 servings

1.5 lbs ground turkey
2 Tbsp seasoned bread crumbs
2 Tbsp onion, finely diced
1 egg white, lightly beaten
2 Tbsp fresh parsley (or 2 tsp dried parsley)
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt (or replace with seasoning salt)
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
Worchestershire sauce, to taste

In a large bowl mix ground turkey, bread crumbs, onion, egg whites, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, and a few splashes of Worchestershire sauce. Form into 6 patties.

Cook the patties in a medium skillet over medium heat, turning once, to an internal temperature of 180 degrees F. Occasionally splash Worchestershire sauce on cooking patties to keep them from getting dry.
