Tuesday: {DJ's Birthday!} Mongolian Beef + Jasmine Rice + Peach Pie (DJ has been asking me for months to find a recipe for this beef...I sure hope it turns out!)
Wednesday: BBQ Chicken Sandwiches + Green Salad + Fruit
Thursday: Fresh Tomato & Basil Pasta + Green Salad + Fruit

How did the beef turn out???
It turned out really yummy. Not the healthiest meal with all the oil but you could sub in canola or olive oil for the vegetable oil.
