1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. butter, softened
1-2 c. sifted powdered sugar (I just whisked it in a bowl to loosen lumps)
1 tsp. vanilla
In a medium bowl, cream together the cream cheese and butter until creamy. Mix in the vanilla, then gradually stir in the confectioners' sugar. Store in the refrigerator after use.
Note: to make this chocolate, add 1/8-1/4 cup cocoa depending on desired richness.
