Tin Foil Dinners

For each serving:

1/4 lb. Ground Beef
Potatoes, thinly sliced
Carrots, sliced
Onions, sliced
Salt & Pepper

Shape hamburger into patties. Place in center of a square piece of tin foil. Arrange potatoes, carrots, onions, and salt and pepper on each patty.  Spread vegetables evenly over meat. (Optional: Add cream of mushroom soup for moisture) Wrap up in foil. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes (or over hot coals or fire if outdoors). Serve hot with ketchup or barbecue sauce.
