Stir Fry

This recipe is full of fresh veggies!! Mmmm! 
Get creative and try some new ones!

Teriyaki Sauce - Make ahead and marinate chicken for 30 min to 1 hour.
½ c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. garlic
½ tsp. ginger
1 Tbsp. worschchestershire sauce
2 Tbsp vinegar

Stir Fry
**Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts or Tenders
Vegetables (such as Broccoli, Red Pepper, Carrots, Cauliflower, Asparagus, Mushrooms, etc)
Garlic, minced
Olive Oil
1 can Baby Corns (find in Chinese section of grocery store), optional
1 can water chestnuts, optional
Peanuts or Cashews, optional

Marinate chicken in Teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes. Cut chicken into strips or cubes. Coat skillet with 1-2 Tbsp Olive Oil over Med-Low heat. Saute garlic. Add chicken. Let cook a bit, then add vegetables. Cover with lid to let steam. Stir occasionally. Add canned vegetables and nuts, if using, just a few minutes before serving. Serve over white or brown rice. 

**Try using pork or beef instead of chicken!!
