Simple Andes Mint Cookies

Sooo easy and so delicious. I took these cookies to a 
Christmas party last year and was complimented all night.

1 dark chocolate cake mix (devil's food cake)
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
10 oz. pkg Andes Mints

In a medium mixing bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, and oil. Separate 2/3 of the package of Andes mints. Break into pieces and add to cookie dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. 

When cookies are out of oven, use the other 1/3 of package of mints. Break individual mints in half and place on each hot cookie. Swirl as it melts to create a marble look.
