Perfect Rolls

1-1/2 c. Warm/Hot Water
2 Tbsp. Yeast
2 Tbsp. Sugar
[Let yeast rise until foamy.]

6 c. Flour
3 Eggs
1/2 c. Butter, melted
1 tsp. Salt
6 Tbsp. Sugar

Mix all ingredients. Dough will be very sticky. Let dough rise for about an hour until it has doubled in size. Cut dough in half to work. Roll out then cut into pizza slice shapes. Roll into crescent shapes. Place on greased cookie sheet. Let rise for about 45 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes until tops are golden.  Brush tops of rolls with butter.
