Apple Crisp

Recipe from

10 c. apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1 c. quick-cooking oats
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 Tbsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place sliced apples in a 9x13 pan. In small mixing bowl combine oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and melted butter together. Crumble evenly over the apple mixture. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes. Serve Apple Crisp warm and top with vanilla ice cream.
