Lentil Soup

Chenae Duerden

1 Onion, chopped
Turkey Burger
2 Cloves Garlic, minced or chopped
4 cups Chicken Broth (you can make broth with bullion cubes if you don't have broth)
1 cup Lentils
1 can Stewed Tomatoes (with juices)
1 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce
Dash of cumin (if you have it)
Bay Leaf
1-2 cups Carrots, diced
1 stalk of Celery, diced

Saute onions and garlic in soup pan. Add meat and brown. Combine all other ingredients and cook for about 20 min. Serve the bread or rolls. So good and so healthy!
